A Week of Connection and Well-Being at Kitchen Farm.

What an incredible week we’ve just had at Kitchen Farm! It all began on Sunday with our feature on Channel 9's ‘Let’s Eat with George’, where our Farm Founder Olivia Burke shared our passion for fresh, local produce and the community-centred spirit of Kitchen Farm. The spotlight on our farm and pantry was the perfect prelude to a week of events that truly reflected our mission to bring people together in a nurturing environment.

On Tuesday, we hosted Regen Lab’s Community Investment Fund Co-Design event. Bringing together innovators, local stakeholders, and community members, the gathering sparked inspiring discussions around regenerative agriculture and sustainable investment. It was a day filled with forward-thinking ideas about building a sustainable future—rooted in our community values and our shared love for the land.

Saturday morning, as part of the Wellness Wander Festival, we held our Morning Wellness event. Guests joined us for yoga, relaxation, tea blending and a peaceful morning in nature, leaving refreshed and inspired. Events like these highlight Kitchen Farm as a sanctuary for connection and well-being—an essential part of our commitment to the local community.

To round off an amazing week, we catered at the Nourish event at Ngeringa, where Matthew Evans shared his thoughts on sustainable living. Our farm-to-table menu, featuring seasonal produce, was a true reflection of our commitment to sustainable food practices and the power of locally sourced ingredients. It was a privilege to showcase our passion for fresh, wholesome food in such a beautiful setting.

Reflecting on the week, we’re so grateful for these events, which capture the essence of Kitchen Farm. More than just a place for fresh produce, we are a hub for community, well-being, and a shared appreciation for the land. Here’s to more meaningful gatherings, where we continue to nurture both body and mind in the heart of the Adelaide Hills.
